Privacy Policy

Engaging Families picks up on patterns of how you use the app like how many times you open an activity, which challenges and hacks you pick, or if you play a video in the app. It does not search what you say or search on your phone. This allows you to keep control of your private use of your phone even with the Engaging Families app running in the background.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We do not ask you for your name or any other identifying information within the App. Also, all information you provide in the App is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Specifically, you are responsible for keeping your App password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through our App. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy ‌

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated and notify you by email.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address and/or phone number for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
